You are sitting here calling "Taiwan" this and that, well, First, there is a name called ROC. 2nd. the document was to vote on who represents China. 3rd . ROC itself has constitutiom that defines its territory including China, and stated Taiwan is a province. It also claimed similar water territory as PRC in the constitution.
